Martha was outstanding! I HIGHLY recommend her! She goes above and beyond. When we showed her our
home, she brought us samples of what she would be doing with our house (marketing materials, a packet for
those who look at the house to keep with all the information/report/upgrade list/seller’s disclosure, survey,
etc., & the fliers that will be in her signage out front, etc.). She also STAGED our home (for free) and had
PROFESSIONAL photographs taken of our home to really show it off (again, for free!). She has awesome
communication skills. I knew exactly what to expect and the status of things the entire time. She answered
ALL my many questions. Our home was listed on a Friday evening, we had an offer Monday morning, and it
was under contract on by Tuesday! I was floored. We are using her again already, as a buyer this time. I truly
enjoy working with her. She was very thorough, professional, quick to respond, and very intentional in
everything she did. Thanks for everything, Martha! You love what you do and it shows.
